I am Attorney Richard M. Kenny. I sincerely request your assistance in transferring ($18.7 million) deposited with Bank of America here in the United States by my deceased client, Mr. Michal. He is a citizen of your country, a former oil and gas industry executive based in the United States. His bank account remained inactive for years after his death. He died on February 3, 2021, along with his wife and their only daughter, in a fatal car accident on a northbound state highway.
However, the bank has given me an ultimatum to present a beneficiary or next of kin who will claim the funds in order to avoid confiscation of the funds. I will then come to your country to divide the money, 45% for me, 45% for you and 10% for the orphanage.
