Dearly beloved,
Thank you so much for your response to my humble inquiry.
Coincidentally, I had a deceased client using the same last name with you in the person of Mr. Ray, an American, a former member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists as well as a petroleum engineer, industrialist and general contractor for petroleum products who lived in Washington DC before his death in March 2020 from complications following a grueling battle with the dreaded Coronavirus pandemic here in the United States.
In my capacity as his personal attorney, his local bank branch where he had a respectable amount of money saved has issued me numerous official notifications, requesting that I get in touch with any potential next of kin or living heirs to the deceased in order to either reactivate the bank account or make a claim as a beneficiary of the money held in the bank account while a monthly surcharge of 6% be deducted into an escrow account as a safekeeping fee for the fixed-term investment account in order to prevent closure following the directive of the IRS for statutory purposes.
As a consequence, I have carried out several inquiries through the deceased embassy with his contact details to locate any of his relatives but to no avail, thus I decided to carry out a private search on the internet for anyone with a similar surname over the Internet in a final bid to locate any member of his family. This was how I found you and decided to contact you since you have the same last name as my deceased client as I looked at your profile and thought you would make a good partner to work with me on this idea.
The deceased client was a former member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists as well as a petroleum engineer, industrialist and general contractor for petroleum products. He established a fixed deposit in a bank branch in the United States before he passed away for a set amount of time totaling US$12.5 million.
I thought you might be able to assist me in locating the money that is currently in a dormant account belonging to a deceased client. The IRS has ordered the bank to close the account and declare it unserviceable because there is no designated beneficiary or heir listed for the money held in the domiciliary account that is now dormant
My proposal: Since the dead passed away intestate yet had the same last name as you, I wish to formally propose you as Heir/Next of Kin to him. As the next of kin or legal beneficiary, you would receive the fixed deposit's proceeds in this case. We shall have a mutually agreed upon percentage of 60% to me and 40% for your kind support as the distribution ratio once the money reaches your designated account.
As it stands right now, I need your trust, honesty, and of course, complete confidentiality to ensure the earliest possible successful completion of this transaction under legal grounds with my standing. I want you to know that everything will be done perfectly under a legal procedure without any errors or complications.
I can be reached at any time on my private email with the exception of times when I'm in the court or a crucial meeting. Please keep in mind that I am an honorable woman with a solid reputation around the world, and I would not want anything to harm my professional standing. Please keep in mind to always treat all sensitive information in this regard with the utmost discretion.
Please respond to me with your direct cell or WhatsApp number if you would like more information about my proposition in this area. I'm here for you, so feel free to ask me anything. I'm hoping for a prompt response from you so we can finish this admirable project in 4-5 working days and get it sealed successfully and trouble-free.
I'll search for you on WhatsApp. If possible, please contact me at the aforementioned WhatsApp number as well for simpler communication and further details in this regard.
Regards and many thanks.
Respectfully,
