I am ( Abdul Rahman ) am Accounting Officer in FIRST GULF BANK DUBAI, I have a financial transaction that will benefit both of us, On the 2nd of April 2013, an Australia Oil consultant/Merchant with DUBAI Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (D.P.C.C) by Name (Mr.Burrows Rodney) made a fixed deposit of eleven million five hundred thousand United State Dollars($11,500,000.00) in one of my bank branches. Upon maturity, I sent a notification letter to him via his address but got no reply. After a month, I sent a reminder and finally discovered that (Mr.Burrows Rodney) is dead. He died on the Malaysia Airlines, flight MH370 that crash that got missing on March 8, 2014. And since then all attempts made to trace his relations were fruitless neither has anyone shown up as his next of kin to claim his money.
My proposal is that hence nobody has shown up as a next of kin, I will like you as a foreigner to stand in As the next of kin to (Mr.Burrows Rodney) to claim this fund. Last week my Bank Management requested that l should give instructions on what to do about his funds if to renew the contract. I know this will happen and that is why I have been looking for a means to handle the situation, because if my Bank Directors happens to know that (Mr.Burrows Rodney) is dead and do not have any next of kin, they will take the funds for their personal use, so I don't want such to happen.
I am now seeking your co-operation to present you as Next of Kin/ Heir to the account since you are a foreigner so that my bank head quarters will release the account to you. There is no risk involved; the transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law. It's better that we claim the money than allowing the Bank Directors to take it, they are rich already. I am not a greedy person, so I am suggesting we share the funds equal, 50/50% to both parties, I have done enough inside bank arrangement and you only have to put in your details into the information network in the bank computers and reflect you as his next of kin.
