I sent an earlier email which maybe didn't come to you. I am contacting you in respect to a deceased client of mine that bears the same surname with you. Since his death, his bank has issued me series of notice as his personal attorney to provide the next of kin or relative for claim of his fund or it will be confiscated. I therefore want to solicit for your permission to present you to the bank hence you are of same surname because every effort in locating any of his relatives proved abortive. I will provide you with more details as soon as you respond back.
