I am writing you in regards to the Medical Insurance policy bought by our late client Joyce . This policy is currently worth about $1,000,000.00 USD and as per her request it is due for payment to you. She did in a motor accident the 10th of January, 2015
Our late client had a daughter but she died of a drug overdose in the year 2016 which now left us with no other option than to contact you the contingent beneficiary to claim this payment.
As stated on the policy documents, the contingent beneficiary was only to be contacted and ownership of the insurance payment transferred 5 years after her demise.
To claim this policy is very easy and once I get a response from you, I will send you a claims form for you to fill.
