A dazzling ray of sunlight greeted my eyes as I awoke this morning and began my day. I initiated mindfulness and energy restoration to compile my thoughts and revitalize myself. As I whipped up a healthy breakfast of oatmeal, fruits, and yogurt, my mind wandered to our communication, and I couldn't help but smile.
