ATTN:

Dear Sir,

I find it preposterous that for several months, you have not been able to get a proper certification done to validate your eligibility for the voided claims process, yet you seek some form of distraction by making spurious allegations to someone else. If there is any impropriety or fraud
associated with the entire process, it should be couched in your conduct till date.

I was assuming that your was a legitimate claim, and that with time we would be able to validate your credibility. Your last email correspondence has thus eliminated any measure of doubt in my mind as per what to believe.

For your information, we will not be dwelling further on the subject matter with you, as we are equally advising Stallion Assurance Services to this
effect.

If indeed my suspicions prove to be valid, it is only a matter of time before the truth comes to light, as our Compliance department will follow
up on this.

Sincerely yours,

Mrs. Meredith Martha.
