After sending you this mail, l will be applying to obtain the Death Certificate which is one of the documents we need to apply for the approvals of this process. l do hope it will be signed immediately, if and when it is signed l will send you the documents and others and tell you what we need to do next.

The details of this transaction are exactly as l have already stated in my first mail to you. The only further addition here is that we will file an application for claims as a relation to the deceased.

We will consult a Probate Attorney registered and practices here. This l can sort out through the Lawyer's directorate here, unless you know of any one. The Probate Attorney is only going to be informed that a relation of yours got involved in the Plane Crash, Alaska Airlines Flight 261 that happened on the 31st January, 2000 and that you have just been informed of Fifteen Million, Five Hundred thousand dollars (USD$15.5 MILLION) he deposited with a Bank and that you want him to verify same and advise you on what to do. Against this background l will give you the information to furnish the Probate Attorney and other relevant related documents.

The Attorney naturally will write a Letter of Enquiry and at this point l will become involved following the entire arrangement from the background even without anybody knowing my involvement.
