After our meeting a few days ago with the Nigeria Government over your Fund, with the Honorable Minister of Finance,Federal Executive councils, It was Resolved and Agreed upon your Funds of $1M (One Million Dollars United States Dollars Only). Will be released to you on a special method of Payment via: Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. And we the First Bank of Nigeria have been Approved to handle this fund
We the First Bank of Nigeria, paying bank have accepted the responsibility of the Cost of Wire Transfer but the charges required from is the sum US$55 that will enable the Federal High Court, our Banking Attorney to swore an Affidavit OF Fund Claim and sign your Fund Release Order on your name that will enable us to transfer because I know you cannot be able to come to Nigeria to sign your Affidavit OF Fund Claim and your Fund Release Order,due to other responsibilities around you
THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO MY DESK THIS MORNING STATED THAT YOU ARE TO CONFIRM TO ME THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR IMMEDIATE TRANSFER OF YOUR FUND.
