Furthermore,i must let you know that to get your Atm card carry out there are some fee that will arise and this fee if paid will not come to me but for the process of your Atm card.Hence you have to agree with terms of your payment and comply and co-operate with every Financial Obligation which i believe you are capable of meeting up with.

I will want your assurance to comply because any non commitment from your part will see the government cancel and suspend your Atm card unless you agree with the terms of payment as i will not entertain any such from any fund beneficiary including you,I will appreciate if you go through this and get back to me with acceptance to this instruction as given by me.

All you should do is pay half of the fee and I also pay half. That will make you recieve your Atm card without you paying. That will make the government cancel your Atm card.
