To introduce myself, I am Brian Thomas Skilbeck, the fiduciary agent working with Ukraine Humanitarian Relief Organization.
Mr. Mykola Aleksandra nephew appealed that i should assist Mr. Evan Petrov to relocate his Late father Investment funds & gold out of Ukraine to your country for which i have used my position in my office/Organization to achieve.

1. Mr. Evan Petrov whom his Late father was killed, and family house was burnt that warranted Mr. Evan Petrov to lose all the vital documents that I would have used to easily actualize the transfer of the funds and gold shipment.
2. In line with ongoing war here in Ukraine, banks do not work in this city because Russian bombardment forced financial institution here to close and the youths are forcefully conscripted into the army to fight and defend their respective towns from Russian invaders and Russia land grabbing campaign which has restricting normal daily business activities/working activities.
3. Transferring magnitude of such funds belonging to Mr. Evan Petrov from Ukraine capital city of Kiev where many banks still fully function is not a small task because Mr. Evan Petrov does not have the needful documents or tax clearance documents to proof the source from where his late Father got the huge fortune , in order to avoid getting the funds stocked here in Ukraine which stocked funds is tantamount to loss of profit because funds is not been invested abroad, to facilitate investment relocation, the funds will be transferred out of Ukraine via cash post because Mr. Evan Petrov does not have the gold origination documents due to his Late Father office that was bombed by Russian armored cars artillery causing the vital fund taxation documents to be burnt by fire.
4. With all these predicaments simpler explained above, I have decided to use my experience to process for the transfer of the funds via cash post and ship the gold through the aid of (DIPLOMATIC POUCH),i will briefly explain to you the meaning of DIPLOMATIC POUCH!
45a. A diplomatic Pouch means diplomatic bag/container which is also called diplomatic pouch, is a container with certain legal protections that can be legally used for carrying official correspondence, classified documents and other items via Diplomatic mission, consular, Government official or entities with Diplomatic
Passport.
4b. The physical concept of a Diplomatic bag is flexible, and it can take many forms, example- (e.g., a cardboard box, briefcase/suitcase, crate or a shipping container.
4c. Mostly, a diplomatic bag must have some form of lock or tamper-evident seal attached to it to deter or detect interference by unauthorized third parties.
4d. The most important point is that as long as it is externally marked to show its status as Diplomatic cargo, the container has diplomatic immunity from been search or seized by any airport authorities, seaport authorities or land border law enforcement crossing protective officials/authorities as codified in (article 27 of the 1961 Vienna Convention) on International Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette.
5. Total funds and gold deposited in our regional office by Mr. Evan Petrov for dispatch out of Ukraine will be air freighted today via cargo flight to Bahamas bank, after depositing total funds into Bahamas bank.
6. Total gold will also be deposited, and the compulsory documents will be processed for the gold to be LEGALLY shipped to to your country to avoid to your country custom seizing the gold inline for suspicion of gold originating from illegal mining or Money laundering scheme as legal shipment will avoid the seizure of the
funds and gold.
NB: The gold dispatch and funds/cash post will arrive in Bahamas port on Monday morning, gold will be deposited into bank security vault for safekeeping and funds will be deposited in Escrow bank account, as Mr. Evan Petrov International passport got burnt by fire from the Russian bombardment attack on their family house, the Bahamas bank will need your passport/ID to open a new bank account on your behalf and funds will be deposited into the bank account and you can login online into the Bahamas online bank account to transfer funds from Bahamas online banking account to any bank account in to your country for the investment projects.
