Thanks for your response to my proposal. My name is Fahima Pooya Rafiq, the wife of the late Pooya Rafiq Burhan, an Ex-Military Officer in Afghanistan. The fact is that I required your help to move and secure my fund in your country for Investment purposes. I know you will understand the situation of things here in Afghanistan.
I have in my possession the sum of USD$8.2m (Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) This money was deposited with the International Red Cross Vault London United Kingdom as a special treasure by my late husband before he was killed. My sincere intention is to gain your kind attention to receive the fund deposit, invest the money into a very good business in your country. I am ready to give you 25% of the total money if you are ready to help me receive the money in your country. Since the Taliban has taken over Afghanistan my family is under the threat of the Head of the Taliban leadership council (Mullah Hassan Akhund).
More so, the Taliban takeover in Afghanistan has made me run for my dear life as the Taliban leadership council group is after all the citizens of Afghanistan who worked with the former President Ashraf Ghani. Based on this fact I ran into a refugee camp between the border of Iran and Afghanistan where I am at present. As an orphan and widow with no brother or sister, I don't want the money to be traced to me to avoid an end to my family lineage. I would have loved to call you on phone to discuss with you first before we can proceed but I cannot due to no access to phone calls here in the refugee camp.
