My name is Cynthia William (25 years old) single and never married, My parents was Ivorian by nationality from Ivory Coast Republic in west Africa and presently I am residing in the orphan refugee camp here in Lome Togo; As a result of civil war that was fought in Damascus Syria,pass year's now. Before the civil war began both me and my parents live in the city of Damascus,Syrian Arab Republic.

My late father Dr David William was chairman managing director ( MALAS INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY LTD),in Damascus...The capital City of Syria,Before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and father in a cold blood.

It was only me that is alive now and I managed to make my way to Lome Togo, Where I am living now as an orphan.

I would like to know more about you.I will tell you more about myself in my next mail.

Mine is a little bit hot over here in Lome Togo.

I really thanks God for letting me and you know each others.

I had a lot of difficulties since the death of my parents and for me staying in
the refugee camp here in Lome Togo,is so hard for me to continue copping
with this conditions here in the camp,so bad that I can't eat good food and
drink good water here.

The situation is so bad here in the camp,I need your help if you can try your best to help me out of this bad conditions here in the refugee camp.Conditions are so appalling that charities have actually left in protest.The place smells of raw sewage, and there are around 70 people per toilet.

I am a student of level 1 marketing department,before the incident tooked place...most of all day's I can't forget about the feeling of my lost parents,some time i cried a lot because I miss my family.But I find grace of the LORD by meeting you...

In this camp we are only allowed to go out only on Mondays and Fridays of the weeks. Its just like one staying in the prison and i hope by God grace i will come out here soon.

I don't have any relatives now whom I can go to, only person I have now is Rev.Paul who is the pastor of the (Church of God) here in the refugee camp, He has been very nice to me since I came here, but I am not living with him rather I am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.

Am making use of the Reverend of the refugee camp computer to write you e-mail,because that is the only way I can reach you for now.
As a refugee here I don't have any right or privilege to any thing or whatever because it is against the law of this country.I want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead me being in this situation now took place.

Please listen to this,I have my late father's Deposit Statement of Account Certificate here with me which I will send to you latter,because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank which he used my name as the next of kin,The amount in question is $5.5M(Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars).

I kept this secret to know peoples in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me.

So in the light of above I will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for I am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.

I contact you for a long term business relationship and investment support in your country. I have his ( Deposit Statement of Account Certificate ) with me here. Therefore, I want you to help me in this process to recover the money from the bank .
I have made a personal effort to claim and transfer the money, but the bank refused and said that my status as a refugee does not allow or permit me to engage on any financial transfer according to the law of Refugee worldwide, they said, that I should look for a foreign partner who will stand as my trustee, Please I need your help.

For confirmation and acceptance to assist me transfer the money into your account as you help me in an investment and I would like to complete my studies also, I will give you 25% of the total money, and the balance shall be our investment capital,This is why I decided to contact you.
