RATES

We have a General fixed rate of 4 to 6% P.A on all deals. We offer both Secured and Unsecured Loans.

CLOSING TIME

All loans can be access within a general processing time of between three (3) to Seven (7) working days. Urgent requests are also entertained. Additional Processing time needed if more due diligence has to be carried out on a particular deal for clarification purposes.

AMORTIZATION

We offer both Monthly and Yearly Amortization payment. We also offer Interest Based Monthly payment with a balloon payment of the Loan Principal at the end of the loan term OR Interest and Capital Based Monthly payment till the end of the loan term.

BROKERS

We encourage Brokers and Pay a referral fee of 1% for all deals referred at closing.

LOAN TRENCH

We have a Minimum borrow Trench of $500,000.00 (Five Hundred thousand) and a Maximum Trench of $500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million) All funds are in United State Dollars.
