Thanks for your reply, i represent a consortium of Investors who are currently looking for good business men who they can entrust their funds on for the purpose of investment on any profitable business that has solid background, they are not interested in a particular type of project or location per say all they want is a business which can make High returns on investments. The Investor is ready to fund any project based on the following basic terms listed below.
It will be a Loan structure funding.
The Annual Return (AROI) will be 3%
The exit period will not be more than 20 years.
Kindly get back to me if you are OK with the above terms and how much loan you need.
