Nice to hear from you, I am Capt. Katie Higgins a United States Blue

their agent here in Syria. I want you to stand as my beneficiary and
receive the fund and keep it safe until am able to meet you. This was
the reason why I contacted you as I am in an urgent need to move this
box out from here because they are planning to move some troops out of
Syria and I am among. Now I am left with no option than to move this
box to a safe place without any delay.
It's clear to me that you might be scared of this proposal, but I want
to let you know that I have made solid arrangements with a Security
Cargo Company that specializes in diplomatic delivery and they have
promised to deliver the fund through the diplomatic method to any of
my choosing destinations. This delivery is going to be handled legally
by the Security Cargo Company and there will be no form of risk in the
process and the money will be sealed safely in a Diplomatic Box and
the Diplomatic Box will be delivered to you in your country by a
Diplomat. I have decided to compensate you with 38% of the total
money once after the money is delivered to you, while the rest balance
shall be my investment capital in your country.
I believe in you and I believe you will assist me to invest in a good
profitable business venture, I will give you 38% of the fund for your
assistance after you have received the box, I am sending it to you as
a family treasure. The content of the box remains our top-secret, No
one should know the content, only you and I, This box is an electronic
