Like I said, I am currently in Syria, with the American Red Cross based on US military intervention, I am among the of eight men Tender Board Committee in charge of awarding contracts and approving Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) payments for the two (2) main projects in the country of Syria.

During this program last year, the contract was awarded to the Red Cross and the Society were duly paid for the contract executed and completed under this project. The original value of these contracts was deliberately overcharged by an amount of US $8Millions which was approved, However, the company that actually performed the aforementioned contract was paid in full and the projects officially put into operation.
