the United States financial regulations to reconcile your file and
release the above stated amount to you within Seven-two (72) working
hours of this notice.

Be informed therefore that, on the consent of the court writ (order)
executed on your behalf by winning/Inheritance claim,and in
compliance, we have been instructed to release your fund for payment
or if you have an account where we can make the transfer directly to
you, you are advised to forward the account to us immediately so that
the processing will commence today. If you do not have an account,
such an online account would be opened for that effect on your behalf;
when activated, shall be operated by you On-line.
Consequently, you are herewith, advised to scan and send to us.

1. a scanned copy of your recent passport-size photograph
{a scanned PICTURE which shows your shoulder level & your face only}.
2. your date of birth written in this format (day/month/year)
3. your contact (valid) address and
4. your telephone (preferably your direct cell) number

The above requested information is necessary to authenticate your
claims and formalize the immediate release of the total funds stated
above to you by online banking mode of operation. Once the completed
details with your account has been provided, the paying bank will be
in contact with you for the release of the fund and be rest assured
that all the legal documentation for the retrievement of your fund
will be given to you as the rightful beneficairy of the principal
amount. We look forward to hearing from you.

FRAUD WARNING: The above information is being provided as a fraud warning. Do not contact the sender of the above email. The source of this information is from a scammer who is a criminal imposter. Any names of real people being used within the above information from this imposter is unauthorized and illegal. Do not provide this scammer any of your personal information. Do not send them any of your personal identity documents. Do not send them any money. Do not call any phone numbers that they provide to you. This email, and all of its content, are part of a fraudulent, criminal act and the only intention of the scammer who sent this email is to steal money from you and to obtain personal information leading to identity theft of the scam victim. Also avoid all website links that any scammer sends to you because their websites are all fraudulent and may also contain hidden Malware, Trojans, Spyware and/or key loggers.
