My wish is for you to forgive me but this can only happen if we can get a 100% waiver documents and fees permit,send to the bank so that they will take care of all demands locally and internationally in terms of documentations and fees for you to pay them all they spent in getting the funds to you after you have received the money in your account.
I know this people here,they will surely ask for some kind of documents or upfront fees.The only way to avoid this, is a 100% waiver permit.I don't know if you will still forgive me because I cannot cover the cost for the 100% waiver and I really need support from you for a surgery that cost $28,200usd after you receive your money.
