I am in receipt of your email below. I waited for this message yesterday, unfortunately, it is coming today. However, I have notified the chief accountant on your message below. It is not my duty to carry out remittance, rather it is that of the Chief accountant. Remember, we have been stopped from using the local Bank here for wire transfer. The NSS ordered that the World Bank is the Only institution that can handle this wire transfer, and that is why we have made an arrangement on Friday with the Chief accountant Mr David Malpass on how to get this Funds released to you.
I advise you today to contact him at email (worldbonline@accountant.com). May i Remind you as well that the wire charges of the Funds is still 390 USD which the accountant will direct you on how to pay upon contacting him. He will also advise you on how the ATM delivery will go in case you prefer the ATM.
Please contact him with the above email, and he will advise you on what is needed for the wire transfer, as well as directing you on how to pay the 390 USD above.
