Dear sir,
You should be more concerned about what you should do to get your millions into your bank account than the cost because you have wasted alots of your resources and time and yet you have not received it.
until you sign those legal SUBCONTRACTORS AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS and be fully recognized by LAW and be able to 100% legal authority to stand as beneficiary and owner of this Fund, you cannot claim it.
Once it's signed NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL OR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WILL HAVE ANY LEGAL POWER TO interfere or try to PLACE STOP ORDER on your payment.
This is the only solution to solve your overdue payment problem and any other way is a waste of time and resources.
