Before we can actualize the release of the fund into your nominated bank account, it will require you to provide two different affidavits from a competent court of law here in Turkey, which includes: an Affidavit of Claim and Fund Ownership Certificate. Both affidavits will solidify your claim.
Note: You are permitted to come down to Turkey and take care of everything yourself, the two documents will cost you the sum of €754. But In a situation where you can't afford to come over here in person, you can send the fee across to me, I will do that on your behalf.
