You need to always make sure you have direct contact with me regarding these transactions. I just checked your file and your funds are available to be sent. I can understand your skepticism due to the delay but you must understand that funds of this magnitude have several protocols so you do not have Financial legal issues that would further bring problems.
What I need you to do for me is send directly to me the account you would want funds to be credited to, including wire, transit and bank details.
Also I will handle this matter personally, all I need you to pay is $2000 for transfer tax charges and I will have this done in a few days and you will get your transfer receipt and confirmation number.
Have $2,000 sent to our tax officer's account as stated below:

As soon as the money is sent, I will initiate the transfer protocol and get this sorted out once and for all. You have come this far so let's just have this tidied up in a way that follows legal and financial/tax protocols.
NOTE: No further payments will be required of you and do not make any further payments to ANYONE aside from this $2,000. I will handle the completion of your transaction myself. Also be sure to send me the transfer receipt when done, along with details of the account you choose to receive the funds.
