The senatorial house of assembly has pass the bills to release your $1.9m fund from the federal government order and with the help of central bank will do that on based of the $75 fee to obtaining the international release order from IMF office then you will be free to receiving ATM Card or wire transfer in your foreign bank account.
The Financial Intelligence department of my country did not have any problem in moving fund abroad only that the bank did not authorize to deduct or to take out money from such transaction both in the local or Intentional transaction here and this means the beneficiary of the fund will bear the charges to receive the fund hence its wire transfer.
