Regarding the re-profiling and transfer of USD 58.5 million from my late client’s account, your personal appearance will be required to confirm legitimacy and complete the necessary documentation.
Where this is not possible, an authorized representative may be duly appointed.
As previously stated, your role will involve independently maintaining constant communication with the bank in order to effectively represent me and facilitate the release and transfer of the assets on our behalf.
All documents will be jointly secured, confidentiality will be strictly maintained, and all applicable costs will be jointly covered.
