The total amount in the two Consignments is $40MILLION, which means $20MILLION in each Consignment. Sir, I have never seen such an amount of money in my life and therefore, will be satisfied with whatever percentage you indicate to accept, provided its reasonable, most important thing for me is a trustworthy reliable associate that can handle and keep the funds safe till my return back to the States, to enable me start a new life and leave the army.
I was initially planning to send the Consignments to you through one of the peace keeping officials with UNITED NATIONS who is a diplomat, but with new information gathered about the risk of shipment of funds, I shall abort the plans immediately and have the funds divert to a good Bank as will be advised/designated by a British Lawyer here in Iraq who will make the arrangements as my close confidant, where you shall be transferring the funds to your Bank account bit by bit.
kindly provide your Identification, full names and address for further arrangements and processing.
