I have received message with the content there in forwarded to me, as i
was duly informed by Takuro Hasegawa, First i appreciate your interest to
work with us. Considering my current busy schedule, i will like you to
always check your email from time to time as further information will be
given to you by me and i want you to always adhere to my directive.
Secondly , The working agreement and Medipal Holdings Corporation's
Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement would be send to you as soon as i receive
it from the legal Solicitor, Note that our customer has been informed on
this new development and that is the reason the agreement would be drafted
by lawyer over this because I have nothing to hide as this transaction is
clean and very Lucrative and we are very optimistic that we all will stand
to gain more in this business relationship.
All I am doing is to create more transparency that is why you are
communicating with me at this stage, all this while I have to do everything
possible to get representative as task given to me by the board and that
was the reason I suggested we do what is right in the eyes of the law with
