The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo from 2050 Lake Placid Road, Whistler, BC is still available. As you can see in the pictures, it is in excellent condition, very clean and well kept.
What I can tell you about me is that I'm 46 years old, married with 2 children. I work as an engineer in the construction industry (Acciona Group - an industrial group. They have a lot of projects all over the globe. They moved me to the Spain construction department because they have a new project here. Since I need to stay here for more than 5 years I decided to rent the place). I need a responsible tenant to move into my apartment and maintain it during my absence. The apartment is vacant so you can move-in anytime you want. I have never rented this apartment and I want to find a responsible tenant to take good care of it.
The apartment is fully furnished and it has all the appliances. Of course you can use everything from the apartment or, if you want to use your furniture, you can deposit mine in the storage unit ( located near the building).
The rent is 1250$/month and includes everything: heat, hydro, water, electricity, 2 parking spots, laundry in-suite, washer and dryer also included, cable and internet. You have full access to all the building amenities.
This apartment is a private property, paid in full and no mortgage on it. Schools and groceries near-by. You have everything you need nearby because it's one of the best city areas. Pets are allowed.
I want to rent the place directly to someone without a real estate agency and we must find a good way to get things done.
