As I told you, the rent for one month is 477 EURO including all bills ( heating, electricity, gas, water costs, garbage, property tax, building insurance, internet, cable TV and parking ), and I would like a deposit of 477 EURO for the first month of rent without additional taxes. So in the first month of rent you have to pay me EUR 954 . I would like to receive the money for the next few months ( 477 EUROS ) in my bank account, so I hope that you will not have a problem transferring money.

After getting all of these details, I can go to the AirBnb office and start the transaction. When they have the keys and the lease on them, they will send you a delivery notice telling you that they have the keys and that they have checked.
When you receive the delivery notification from AirBnb, you will need to leave your bank branch and make a bank transfer to the AirBnb bank account assigned with this transaction for the agreed amount ( 477 EURO ). If you don't have time to go to your bank branch, you can make the payment online using AirBnb's bank account. I have to tell you that payment has to be made in 24 hours or early after the transaction starts as the agent will be with you in 48 hours to show the apartment.
After you've made the deposit, you'll need to send the payment confirmation from the bank transfer to AirBnb so they know you've already made the deposit. AirBnb will verify the payment and if everything is OK, the keys and rental agreement will be delivered to you within 48 hours. AirBnb will send you an agent on your doorstep and that person will come with you to visit the apartment to see if everything is okay. When you are satisfied with the apartment, you will sign the rental agreement. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the apartment, the agent will return your money immediately and I will get my keys and documents back (I will write this condition on the lease to be sure you will get yours Money back).
Even if you now have another apartment and you cannot move immediately, we can do the deal as I have now explained and just consider it an inspection and reservation until you can move there.
I pay for the agency's services so there are no costs for you.
