Due to this present condition and the continuous delay that left your funds unattended i have to make an extra effort and go to the central bank of Senegal today which they told me that the money can be converted and debited to ATM Visa card which you can use it to withdraw all your money but we will have to pay them for the ATM EXIT FEE of $ 650 dollars .
i have 700 dollars with me now which is for the church but i will use it to help you for this process and please send to me cash gift as soon as you receives it ,
so i will be going to bank tomorrow to make the exit payment of $650 dollars and collect your ATM visa card and get it posted to you ,
i will get back to you as soon as i am done and please you have to send to me enough money gift after receiving it .
