The reason I am contacting you is because I have been promoted as Vice
President in our company (AstraZeneca), and our company management has
assigned a new purchase manager in my formal position, hence, our new
purchase manager will be in charge of the purchase of Calicum Plant extract
from now, the major issue here is that I do not want our company to know
the exact amount I am buying this product from the local dealer in India,
because I have been keeping a big margin on the deal, I do not also want
the local dealer to know I am keep such margin because they will be very
angry to know I am making such margin on their behalf.
Your role in this deal will be for you to stand in between our company and
local dealer of Calicum plant extract, if agreed, this process will go on
between us for very long time, you will buy the product at the rate of $609
USD per one packet of 50 grams, which is equivalent to Forty-Five Thousand
Indian Rupees per sachet of 50 grams, you will sell the product to our
company at the rate of $,1,450 USD, which is equivalent to One Lakh Three
Thousand Rupees per sachet of 50 grams, then you will take share of 60%
and give me 40% of the profit.
Our company’s new purchase manager was bound to come to India and have a
meeting with you, and you will act like the real local dealer, and then buy
the product from you, but the situation and the medical urgency at hand
cannot allow our purchase manager to travel during this pandemic period.
However, our purchase manager will send our courier agent to your place to
pick up the product, and deliver to our Purchase Department here in USA,
before sending our courier agent, you need to contact the local dealer and
purchase the product, and as soon the product is delivered to you, you will
inform our purchase manager so he can send the courier agent to take the
delivery, our company’s Courier Agent will be responsible for the export of
the product from India.You will be paid at the point of pickup of product
by IMPS to your bank account of preference.
If you are interested, you will be required to provide your full details
for drafting the M.O.U between you and our company, and to enable us to
proceed further on this business.
