I have been thinking on the way forward on how to send the funds out to you successfully without the knowledge of the Banks funds management/ monitoring authorities.
I want to inform you that I have decided to use the back door to move out the loan amount valued $15Million to you directly to your country through Bank Cash Security Safe Delivery system due to the level of monitoring of funds in the Banks as the rate of funds monitoring presently is completely too high so that is why I have this method as plan (B).
Note that with this method of payment you will receive the funds successfully in your country without spending much within your country but Banks always make things very difficult in their demand/requirements of certain documents upon documents and at the end it will still not be successful, I mean the money arriving in your Bank Account and it is given us a heavy sleepless night that is why I decided to use this particular method of funds movement as plan (B) which will not only help us but make the funds receiver get it on time without much requirements by international funds monitoring authorities worldwide because a lot of people has actually lost a lot of money in cause of trying to get their funds without success at end of it all.
I believe it is better that you receive the funds in Cash and start depositing into your Bank Account by your self bit by bits or spending in your projects too.
I will like you to just think about this method before we move forward now.
