Many thanks for your feedback.
As hinted in my initial communication, we are investing on behalf of an Angel Investor who desires to engage competent Portfolio Managers to drive the investment and management of his funds WITHOUT his name on the investments. These funds can be invested in tranches of US$50,000,000.00,US$100,000,000.00, US$200,000,000.00 or a tranche that is suitable for the portfolio manager and there are very realistic arrangements for bank-to-bank transfer of the funds upon execution of a Portfolio Management Agreement.
The Portfolio Manager is at liberty to manage the funds in his private name or in the name of a corporate body that guarantees his full control and signatory powers over the funds under the private investor's pre-approval or consent, the Portfolio Manager is equally at liberty to determine what projects to invest in and the locations that befit such investments.
The investor aims to earn guaranteed 3% Principal Annual Returns notwithstanding the scale of returns generated by the portfolio manager in the course of managing the funds.
The Portfolio Manager will be paid 5% of the total investment capital as his remuneration for managing the funds.
If the aforesaid is deemed satisfactory, please advise via a returned correspondence and we would be delighted to present a simplified Portfolio Management Agreement for your review and further discussions.
