I have contacted your company about these humanitarian intentions. Personally and privately, I would like to donate the total amount of
Ten million euros for the innovative development of IT technologies and software development that meet the emerging needs of people in our
globalized world. I am not an expert in software development - but I am sure that innovations can take place in this global humanitarian

Following on from the description of the proposed social project, I would like you to name it ‘Elizabeth Mueller Foundation’ and it has to be registered as a company legally able The coop will hold charitable status (I will contact the charity commission regarding this intention) to apply for further funding should the coop require. The status should enable the organization to sell goods and make capital gains. It also has to be registered with the Inland Revenue and VAT in your country. You will instruct and establish a business bank account on this name. This is where the donation will be received.

Your proposal should be able to create a business plan, together with articles of association, aims and objectives, a constitution and other legal structures to ensure due process and legislation protecting employees and clients who may use its facilities. You will also contact insurers to protect assets, equipment and personnel (public liability etc). You will draft a job description and advertise the role for a secretary to assist your work, book appointments, take minutes and draft correspondence.Depending upon need, this person may work from home initially.

You will create a steering committee to manage the overall running of the cooperative, safeguarding accountability and you will set up evaluation and monitoring systems providing transparency and accountability, as well as to measure outcomes and success.

You will establish a working relationship with a solicitor, employment lawyer and other legislators pertaining to the cooperative, as well as with local and national organisations in the same operational field.

The architectural work for the project should include disability access. You will reflect diversity in the employment of those that will work in the organization.
