Presently, we have credible Fiduciary partners that are active to render loans for intended and ongoing projects globally. Total sum of $5Billion have been earmarked for this purpose.
The areas to be considered are as follows: Real estate, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Health, Aviation, Tourism, Retail, Construction, IT & Communications, Education, Energy, Mining and Maritime. Others that are viable can be considered.
PROCEDURE:
1. Submit detailed business plan, CIS ( Client Information Sheet), alongside a letter of intent.
2. Necessary DD ( Due Diligence), shall be conducted.
3. Handling and processing charges( To be borne by Applicant).
4. Approvals and registration.
5. Endorsement of DOA (Deed of Agreement.
6. Open communications with Bank.
7. Release of funds.
Interested personnel's or Companies should revert accordingly to commence talks.
