Thank you for your email. I propose we draw a partnership agreement that will guide us going forward. This is important because with the agreement, we will know exactly what is expected of us and the pre and post engagements in the transaction and investments. This will also eliminate suspicions because when the agreement is consummated, you and I will have a solid ground to seek for justice in event of non compliance to the contents of the agreement. This will also give me the security backing I need as the one running the biggest risk in this transaction because I am entrusting so much into the custody of a near stranger.
