The bank directors instructed me to look for his next of kin, Since we got information about her death, to come over and claim the money, because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as the next of kin or relation to the deceased, as indicated in our bank guidelines .
It is therefore upon this bank instruction on me , I decided to make this business proposals to you so that the bank, will release the money to you as next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into the Government treasury as unclaimed Bill.
