This is a repeat of my previous unanswered letter to you. I am Mr. Paul Erisman, the private wealth liaison officer of a HNW investor and director of one of the leading oil companies in Russia. Given the current economic sanctions that some European countries with the United States of America imposed on Russia are having a significant impact on citizens.
