I appreciate your response which falls in my favor, Well Since you are NOT sure of the $28 Million abandoned at Barclays Bank PLC London , you can then leave it so that i can use this email you sent to me and forward it to the bank in London as a proof to enable me gain ground over the funds to place a legal A CHANGE OF FUNDS OWNER SHIPMENT CERTIFICATE from your name to another persons name to enable them grant my request..
Thanks so much for giving me this great opportunity you gave to me, after the funds recovery will let you know by mail but do not expect anything from me or my partner...
