relationship toward this investment proposal for better tomorrow.
My interest is for massive investment and all I want is a honest and
reliable person who is ready to handle the propose investment.
INVESTMENT FUND:
The total investment is the sum of €20,500,000.00 (Twenty Million,
Five Hundred Thousand Euros) and in bond deposit with Glo Investment
Security Company, United Kingdom.
TYPE OF INVESTMENT:
Although my major areas of interest are Hotel, Transportation,
Agriculture and Real Estate, but with availability of funds, your role
is to handle the investment fully on behalf of the family in any areas
you advised. My role is only to facilitate the transaction and would
want us to build confidence and agree as partners.
PERCENTAGE:
From the value of the Asset, the Proxy holder shall have 30% of the
total value, and the same percentage of the profit realized in the
investment portfolio.
AGREEMENT: You and I shall commence the transaction, after
establishing ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT which I am going to mail to
you to study.
ADVICE:
Tell me more about yourself and state in detail if you are ready to
work with me. When I receive your response, I will tell you more on
how we shall move forward proper with the transaction.
My friend, take your time to study the mail, because you can't do this
until you are sure of it. The reason, I want you to have strong and
unshakable conviction of me.
