FROM THE PERSONAL DESK OF Dr MABROUK YACOUB.

My name is Dr MABROUK YACOUB, I am a business consultant.

I have a client whose company has headquarters in Bahrain, London, and united states, his company is a big time investment company that invests in any good business that is legal and can bring a good return on investment, they are searching for good business owners that have got lucrative projects/business ideas they can invest funds on. e.g, Aviation, Agriculture, Petroleum, Mining, Telecommunication, hotels, Construction, Bridges and Other Turnkey Project (s) manufacturing, real estate or specialist Hospitals, trading and goods importation, transport and haulage or new researches and also in joint partnership Investment Venture if need be etc.

My client's company also grants low-interest loans to persons who wish to start or expand/upgrade businesses/projects. This loan expands between 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 years depending on the loan amount, project and country where the business/project is located. Interests also range between 2% to 4% annually though it is negotiable.

My client has great interest to invest in worthy startups with good potentials. He is not concerned about the type of projects or the location of the investment rather his interest is that the Project should be one that will be able to yield a high return on investment. The investment range should be within the range of US$1million-US$500million or more depending on the project. He is ready to release funds for you, but you have to convince him that you are a good investment manager and will invest his funds wisely. His plan is to invest in the long term (maybe a period of 10 years) and after that, he will withdraw his original capital. At the end of every financial year, both of you will be sharing the interest generated per terms of condition reached. Moratorium (or grace period) is between 6-24 Months

If this is of any interest to you, let me know so we can have further discussions, Or I will have the investor contact you directly.

Best Regards,
Dr MABROUK YACOUB.
BUSINESS CONSULTANT.
