I knew this letter will come to you as a surprise since it is coming from someone you have not met before now.
My name is Engr. Solomon Abuah. I came across your e-mail contact prior to a private search for assistance. I am a director with the Petroleum Trust fund (PTF) and my committee is in charge of projects and contract execution.
