Good day and thank you for contacting me back.
My names are Lucas Torres; I am the trustee to late Gary and Mary O’Neil with the mandate of administering their estate .A donation (Price money) amount of €2, 000, 0000.00 (Two Million Euros) was left in your name by late Gary and Mary O’Neil; as a matter of fact you are one of the six other beneficiaries of their estate.
The late couple were humanitarians and philanthropist whose joy and happiness was to touch and change the life of people around the world through their gift of monetary donation for support to individuals as well as charity organizations .As the trustee to late Gary and Mary O’Neil’s estate, I have the Letter of Testamentary from The Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht) to carry out the mandate of administering the estate including the donation to their nominated beneficiaries. Copy of the testamentary will be sent to you in my next email after I receive your response to this message.
For legal purposes and disclosure of source of donation, price money (fund) to the German authorities during the process of releasing funds to you, the couple had put a clause which will necessitate me to obtain legal document (affidavit of oath) as a back up from The Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht) to enable the holding bank of asset to release the donated funds to you.
I would request you to please provide me with the following information;
1) Your full names
2) Address
3) Telephone contact number
As soon as I receive the above information from you, I will start the process through The Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht) to obtain the necessary legal document which is the pre-requisite of the holding Bank of asset before they will transfer the donated funds to you.
I shall be waiting for your prompt response.
Best Regards
Lucas Torres.
