Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:

So for us to be very clear and sure that you are the right person, you will need to send your contact information to us so that we can verify with what we have here and than proceed with the delivery, also we informed you in our first email that the reason why this package was abandoned is because the delivery fee was never paid and before it will be delivered, the delivery fee must be paid.
