Dear Customer,
Our delivery Agent could not locate your address to deliver your package containing Monetary Instrument, Documents and ATM CARD.
Please reconfirm your address to enable us to resend your package to you.
The clearance process for the shipment of your Monetary Instrument, Documents and ATM CARD that was returned due to incorrect address and incomplete Shipper paperwork, will be corrected as soon as you reconfirm or provide your current address.
You will have to pay an additional fee to DHL for an incorrect or incomplete address, as they apply an "address correction" charge to fix, update, or amend shipment details before dispatch and the amount is $190.
Because the shipment is outside the original service area, these fees are mandatory. Unfortunately shipment cannot be returned to the sender because the return address is invalid.
