Hello Dear
It’s my pleasure to have contact with you, based on the critical condition I find myself in. My name is Mrs. Jennifer Williams from Israel. I am married to Mr. James Williams who worked with our Embassy in Uganda for a period of 16 years before he died.

We were married for 25 years without a child before he died after a brief illness. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum Six Million Five Hundred Thousand United State dollars ($6,500.000) in a Bank in Uganda. Recently, my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next one month due to a cancer illness. Having known my condition I decided to donate this money to an individual or better still a God fearing person who will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct here in.

I want you to take 30 Percent of the total money for your personal use While 70% of the money will go to charity” people and helping the orphanage, widows and other people that are in need. I took this decision because I grew up as an Orphan and I don’t have anybody as my family member and I don't have any child that will inherit this money. Moreover, my husband’s relatives are not close to me since I developed a Cancer problem and it had been their wish to see me dead in order to inherit his wealth since we have no Child. These people are not worthy of this inheritance. This is why I am making this decision.

I do not need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health, and because I don’t want any of the doctor here to tell my husband’s relatives about the development. As soon as I receive your reply, I will give you the info to contact the Bank in Uganda where this money was deposited. And I will also issue you an authorization letter which the bank will use to approve you as the beneficiary of the funds and then transfer the money to you.

Kindly let me know your willingness to receive the money and to use it for Charity as I instructed. Any delay in your reply may give me room to look for another good person for this same purpose.

Thank you and may the Almighty God bless you.

Yours sister in the Lord,
Mrs. Jennifer Williams
