Good day,
I am Mr. Oleg Rostyslav, a top member of the United States Ukraine Foundation (USUF) here in Ukraine.

I seek your partnership to move my family out of Ukraine due to the present crisis already gone out of hand, the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
We have lost everything to this war, our home, businesses, friends, and colleagues. Everything around here only brings back sad memories of everything we have lost, so I am seeking a fresh start for my family.

I have a bad health and the doctors said that I have limited time to live hence, I need someone who can help my family to settle down in a new country and buy a house of their own.

If you think you can help us, please let me know your name and your country so that I can go ahead and tell you my plans and arrangements. I would like them to stay in a fully democratic country where they will be free to dream and become anything they want to be.
DO NOT worry about what it will cost financially because I have more than enough money to cover this and you will benefit Greatly from it.

Anticipating your immediate response...
Sincerely,
Mr. Oleg Rostyslav
