Thank you for the response to my mail. I am delighted to read from you and it would be great, starting something positive together through our investor. The principal is willing to fund projects by loan through a blind trust investment management to private individuals that has physically beneficial projects for the duration of few years with good ROI. I did not get any previous mail.

I will also like to apologize for my late respond regards to your mail. Our principal investor had been very sick and recently had to be re-admitted back to the hospital, he was discharged less than 48 hours. That was the reason communication with you was delayed.

I kindly urge you to let me have an insight of your business project plans and presentation and we can discuss it with our principal investors and the amount that will be required for the project by means of loan. Note this will be possible only through loan agreement after all necessary paper work must have been established. My investor initially wanted to go into partnership before now, but due to health complication, the doctors has advised him to rest for certain duration to heal and not to stress his body to enable quick recovery from his operation.

In all honesty, the investor is only interested in a good project that can secure his capital with good return, whatever project presentation you might bring to the table, it will be highly scrutinize through the adequate authority and available means from origin of project country.

I will advise a very well comprehensive presentation of your project and the amount you are willing to loan be made known in your next mail, likewise the presentation. Everything will then be discussed based on the sort of business opportunity presented by you. If the magnitudes of funds required are what he can loan due to the ROI, then I will relate back swiftly.

But a real project must be presented to deliberate on by his financial and legal administrators. We work as a private intermediary agent for the investor. His officially into real estate and into oil & gas, before the health issues that recently occurred.

Do know that this transaction might also make it possible for you to travel down for discussion physically and agreement review discussed on verbal term before the hardcopies are presented for signing.

Funds are clean and have history of legitimacy of origin. I sincerely await your mail. My apologies once again for the late reply. But disregards the mail and the communication, if this do not suit your intends,

Thanks.

Papadopoulos Christos.
