1. Air- Ticket to be provided by the employer from candidate country of origin to the site of employment.
2.Free accommodations , Hospitality such as free medical treatment , social and welfare will be provided by the employer.
3.Free Transportation from working place shall be provided by the employer.
4.Workers are entitled to 60 days leave per year of which 30 days candidate can visit his or her country of origin with free Air- Ticket available for the candidate.
5.The employer shall provide free food daily to the candidates.
6.Insurance coverage according to CANADIAN Labour Laws shall be provided by employer Management.
7.Other terms and conditions according to CANADIAN Labour Laws will be informed to the candidate .
8.The candidate will provide his Tourist fees to enable canadian Tourist coordinators to issue him/her Work Approval Certificate and Visa code number that he will send back to immigration for them to stamp in his Visa.
8. Official Visa fees shall be paid by the employer.
9. HOURS OF WORK:-Your normal hours of work will be in accordance with the agreement terms and conditions, or if other than shift time work will be 8 HOURS NIGHT SHIFT WORKING AND 8 HOURS DAYTIME SHIFT OR PART-TIME WORK hours per day as agreed and an applicant have to make choice of his or her Shift Working Schedule
10. REMUNERATION
Your classification under the terms and conditions agreement will determine your normal hourly rate of remuneration and any variations to that rate will be as per the award /agreement
11. PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT
Subject to these terms and conditions the period of your employment is regarded as ongoing, it is agreed that your employment will continue for a period of TWO YEARS CONTRACT unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions agreement
12. AGE LIMIT
They age limit should be from 18 to 68 since you can still be able to work, and Hotel will train all the employee as soon they arrive here in canada
