Good Day, Thanks for your mail in which you required our service to secure your job Employment Visa. We hope you are staying safe in regards to this dangerous outbreak of COVID-19.

We have confirmed from your employer company that they offered you a job to work in Emirates of UAE.

Also we will coordinate with the relevant Local Immigration and Ministry of Labour authority here in UAE to process and obtain your Employment Visa for which you require to live and work in the Emirates of UAE.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY:.

1. Completed Visa Form
2. One Colour Photographs
3. International Passport/ National ID Card.

Processing Fee:
All fees must be paid before we file your application to the immigration. You will pay the processing fee by using the correct method of our payment collection and include the payment receipt with all the requirements and Email it to us.

a) (SINGLE PERMIT APPLICATIONS):
Official Fee: USD 1,950.00 will Cover you alone (Entry Permit, Company Employment Card, Normal Medical Test and Residence Permit Stamping)

b) (FAMILY PERMIT APPLICATIONS):
Official Fee: USD 2,900.00 will Cover you and your family (Entry Permit, Company Employment Card, Normal Medical Test and Residence Permit Stamping)

We officially receive processing fees in the name of our Accountant. we shall send you the payment details as soon as you have filled the below Visa/Working permit application form and return a copy to us with above mentioned requirements. you will deposit the fee through Bank to Bank Local Transfer in your country with our broker agent in your country South Africa.

The processing time will take 5-7 working days to complete the whole process and we will collect the original Pink copy of your Employment visa and we shall deliver it to your door post by DHL/ FeDEX Express courier service. Then on your arrival in Dubai airport, you will present your Employment Visa ("Pink Copy") together with your passport to the Immigration for stamping.

This application fee will be refunded to you within two (2) working days you present the Evidence of Processing fee paid (PAYMENT RECEIPT) to your employer company.

Payment details will be sent to you once we receive the form filled and other documents provided.

The Board of Directors of Al Safar Specialist Medical Center accepted and offered you an Offer of Employment to join our Hospital because your experience and qualifications were found successful and satisfactory. Typically the mode of your selection was based on CV Screening of information on employment data sheet/profile and Work experiences. Once your application is screened and shortlisted (selection stage may differ from position to position and location of employee). In this case there is no need for further interviews.

Q2. When I am employed/or upon receiving this offer letter, what should I do?
Upon acceptance of this offer and submission of the following required documents to the accredited/authorized traveling agency, thereafter you will regularly get updates/information on the status of your residence visa application and advise.

a). Read/review the attached offer of employment contract, sign and send back to us by E-mail the last page of the Offer Employment contract and also to the accredited/authorized traveling agency: AL ABDUL MUTAR & TOURISM UAE, by email: alabdullaziztravelsuae@yandex.com

b). You are required to send an email and also call: AL ABDUL MUTAR TOURISM UAE, with the Above email addresses to obtain your Employment Visa for overseas located employees. Send the following Required documents to them by Email. Scanned copy of Original passport, the last page of the Offer Employment contract, Home country address and phone number, passport size photographs.

c). Two-way Pre-paid Ticket will be paid and provided for you or your entire Family by our company if you are coming with your family.

d). Upon arrival at the Dubai International Airport, the Company/authorized traveling agency representative will meet you at the airport and will drive you to the appropriate accommodation arranged for you.

e). Reporting To Duty: On your first working day you shall be required to report to the Human Resources Department with your original passport and visa. The HR Team will guide you to finalize the documentation formalities (Medical Examinations/report, Employment Labour Card, 2 years visa stamping on your passport etc), an Orientation program for you on your Job Description briefing/Training, Code of conduct, Personal information and Activating of Life Insurance Account opening.

f). Please be informed that the company can not pay for your visa expenses before your arrival. The management decided the policy of employees paying for their expenses to indicate their seriousness to join. In the recent time we have paid and sponsored new employees who later do not show up after their application approval hence putting us in huge financial deficit.

The Offer of Employment contract binds Al Safar Specialist Medical Center and Employee in that re-reimbursements will be made fully to Employee upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses after 5 working days of concluding all UAE Labour Immigration/Visa acquisition through our accredited/approved travel agency: AL ABDUL MUTAR TOURISM UAE. Any visa expenses you make for visa/work permit papers fees shall be refunded back to you immediately you submit your expenses report to us via email.

g). Advance against Salary: In order to meet your initial expenses, an employee can avail an advance against salary (Maximum two months salary), this is only subject upon completion of visa application, during re-reimbursements of visa/work permit papers fees, upon the employee’s request. Such advance shall be fully recovered from the employee’s month salary on a gradual recovery/repayment plan.

h). Upon completion/approval of your visa application, your hard copies will be delivered to you through your postal address which you provided at the last page of the offer of employment contract.

i). We ensure that all our staff, especially our International employees are comfortable.

3. Documents Required on Joining Date; Please submit to the HR DEPARTMENT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ON ARRIVAL TO UAE TO START WORK: Your original passport and visa, Proof of date of birth/ Birth certificate, Original copies of certificates, training courses, letter of experience, Relieving letter from previous employer (Original), Full name and contact address, Home country address and phone number, 12 passport size photographs (Recent pictures).
